Responsibilities:
- Gaining a clear understanding of cybersecurity solution proposition to customers
- Liaison with prospective customer for lead generation
- Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
- Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Company Account Managers.
- Creating new business opportunities in existing accounts by upselling to existing accounts
- Introduction of solutions and technology to customer, by organizing trainings, demos and presentations.
- Liaisoning with Product Alliances and their Partner Account Managers/AM’s for increased revenue growth
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years target based Enterprise security or IT security software experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in all microsoft office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Proven sales experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
